Outstanding Retail Sales Specialists Required

Realistic OTE £35,000 + Car and Benefits
Basic salary £13,000 per annum

Due to internal promotions, we are seeking to recruit two outstanding sales specialists to become part of our continued growth. Ideal Candidates should be over 25 and have a minimum of 4 years retail sales experience gained within an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. 

Responsibilities will include maximising retail sales and profitability through the satisfaction and retention of our customers, developing new business to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pre-requisites for this position will be, excellent customer care skills, proven communication and interpersonal skills, computer literate - Word/Excel/Outlook preferred, a full driving licence and a good standard of general education.

To match our expectations, you must be ambitious, self motivated, highly presentable, with the enthusiasm and drive to succeed in a challenging environment, plus available to work at weekends. A full training and development programme will be offered to all successful candidates.
